MALAYSIA: RAM has placed the ‘AA3’ rating on Telekosang Hydro One’s RM470 million (US$106.22 million) ASEAN Green SRI Sukuk (2019/2037) on rating watch with a negative outlook. The rating action is attributed to concerns that the issuer may face severe credit stress in the near term should plans to procure additional liquidity support fail to materialize.
