MALAYSIA: The Malaysian government has channeled a total of RM7.15 billion (US$1.59 billion) to 26,119 SMEs under the Targeted Relief and Recovery Facility (TRRF) as at the 6th July 2022, a statement read.
Additionally, a total of RM11.71 million (US$2.61 million) has been approved for 12 SMEs under the Low Carbon Transition Facility initiative, also in the same period.
SMEs may apply for financing under both initiatives through participating financial institutions, which include Islamic banks in Malaysia.
