SOUTH AFRICA: Agrarius Sustainability Engineered has extended the bookbuilding for its inaugural Sukuk issuance worth ZAR500 million (US$27.44 million) to today to afford investors with additional time to finalize their participation application forms, a statement confirmed.
The company told IFN that several investors have experienced administrative difficulties in providing certain required information on the application form.
IFN previously reported that the bookbuilding process, which started on the 17th October 2022, was scheduled to end on the 19th October 2022.
