SOUTH AFRICA: The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) has informed Agrarius Sustainability Engineered (Agrarius) to adjust the nominal amount of the Agrarius Sukuk to ZAR1 (0.56 US cents) from ZAR10,000 (US$563.1), as the JSE’s debt market’s mark-to-market system cannot facilitate denominations of ZAR10,000, a bourse filing confirmed.
The changes took effect on the 8th November 2022. All noteholders’ holdings have been topped up with additional Agrarius Sukuk on a 1 to 10,000 basis.
