SOUTH AFRICA: 27four Investment Managers (27four) is looking to issue a US dollar-denominated listed Sukuk in an offshore jurisdiction in 2023, IFN has learned.
27four recently listed its inaugural listed Sukuk issuance worth ZAR500 million (US$28.15 million) on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, through the company’s Agrarius division which focuses on investing in the agricultural sector.
