SAUDI ARABIA: The Future Investment Initiative Institute (FII) has launched its environmental, social and governance (ESG) framework and scoring methodology, a statement confirmed. It has kick-started this initiative by investing EUR500,000 (US$527,630) in green tech company Timbeter.
FII is a non-profit organization run by the Public Investment Fund, Saudi Arabia’s main sovereign wealth fund.
