MALAYSIA: Sunview Group has signed an underwriting agreement with Alliance Islamic Bank (AIB) for its upcoming IPO listing on the ACE Market, which is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2022, a statement confirmed. AIB is the principal advisor, sponsor, sole underwriter and placement agent for the IPO.
The IPO exercise for the solar photovoltaic system construction group entails the public issue of 118 million new shares where AIS has agreed to underwrite 32.6 million shares.
