INDONESIA: Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia (SPINDO) is looking to raise IDR150 billion (US$10 million) through a sustainable Sukuk Ijarah offering, which would be issued alongside a conventional bond of equal amount, according to its prospectus.
The Sukuk offering will comprise of a one-year Series A and a three-year Series B issuance.
