MALAYSIA: Clean energy solutions provider Solarvest Holdings has proposed an Islamic medium-term note (IMTN) and Islamic commercial paper (ICP) program with a combined limit of up to RM1 billion (US$213.93 million), a press release read.
RAM Ratings has assigned first-time ratings of ‘A1’/Stable/P1’ to the program, premised on an initial issuance of RM100 million (US$21.39 million) under the program.
