SAUDI ARABIA: Saudi Electricity Company has commenced the offering period of its US dollar-denominated unsecured green and/or conventional Sukuk facility under its international Sukuk program to eligible investors in Saudi Arabia and abroad with a minimum subscription of US$200,000 and in increments of US$1,000 in excess thereof, according to a bourse filing.
The green Sukuk will have a tenor of 10 years and the conventional Sukuk facility will have a tenor of 30 years subject to market conditions and will be issued through an SPV. The amount and terms of the Sukuk will also be determined based on market conditions.
