Sarana Multi Infrastruktur aiming to raise IDR25 trillion (US$1.67 billion) through sustainable bonds and Sukuk

INDONESIA: Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI) is targeting to raise IDR25 trillion (US$1.67 billion) through sustainable bonds and Sukuk issuances. According to Bisnis Indonesia, the special mission vehicle under the finance ministry, will be offering Sustainable Sukuk Mudharabah II Sarana Multi Infrastructure Phase I Year 2022 with a total fund of a maximum of IDR500 billion (US$33.34 million), under a IDR5 trillion (US$333.35 million) program. The Sukuk will comprise 370-day Series A and three-year Series B offerings.
