MALAYSIA: RAM has reaffirmed its ‘AA3/Stable’ rating on reNIKOLA Solar’s RM390 million (US$88.56 million) ASEAN Green SRI Sukuk, a statement confirmed. The reaffirmed rating is attributed to the robust energy output of the three solar photovoltaic plants underlying the transaction and the resulting strong consolidated cash flow generation.
