MALAYSIA: reNIKOLA Holdings has signed a subscription agreement for its planned green Sukuk issuance with joint lead managers Hong Leong Investment Bank and MIDF Amanah Investment Bank, local media outlets reported.
Early last month, the renewable energy company lodged its ASEAN Green SRI Sukuk program worth up to RM390 million (US$83.11 million) with the Securities Commission Malaysia.
