MALAYSIA: Pengurusan Air Selangor has on the 19th September 2022 issued three Islamic medium-term notes (IMTNs) — a 10-year facility worth RM150 million (US$33.05 million) with a profit rate of 4.82%, a 15-year facility worth RM150 million with a profit rate 5.16% and a 20-year SRI facility worth RM100 million (US$22.04 million) with a profit rate of 5.35% — structured under the Murabahah concept, according to separate filings on the Bond and Sukuk Information Exchange. The IMTNs are rated ‘AAA’ by RAM Ratings.
