MALAYSIA: Pengurusan Air Selangor has priced and issued its SRI Sukuk Kelestarian Air Selangor worth RM1 billion (US$209.62 million) across five series ranging from seven years to 25 years, according to a press release. This is the sixth tranche under its existing RM10 billion (USR$2.1 billion) Sukuk Murabahah program.
The offering was upsized from its initial issuance size of RM700 million (US$146.73 million) to RM1 billion at book close as it received RM3.6 billion (US$754.64 million) in subscriptions.
