INDONESIA: Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) has issued regulations regarding the issuance and requirements of green bonds and green Sukuk, according to an official statement.
The regulations are a follow-up to the government’s sustainable finance roadmap to develop the capital market industry through the development of debt securities and Sukuk which integrate sustainability values.
