MALAYSIA: Malaysian Resources Corporation has announced its Sukuk trustee’s non-objection regarding the revision of the terms and conditions of its RM5 billion (US$1.12 billion) Sukuk Murabahah program to provide the company with the flexibility to issue sustainable Sukuk as well as to complement the existing (non-sustainable) Sukuk Murabahah issuances, according to an official announcement.
