TOGO: The IsDB is providing Togo with financing worth a total of XOF13.6 billion (US$20.13 million) for the implementation of the water and sanitation program in the prefectures of Adeta, Kougnohou, Djarkpanga and Afagnan, which are increasingly affected by drought, according to Afrik21.
The project, which will benefit 49,000 people, aims to improve access to safe and sustainable drinking water supplies and adequate sanitation and hygiene systems in three regions by 2027.
