SENEGAL: IsDB President Dr Muhammad Al Jasser in a statement confirmed that he has approved on the 9th November 2022 an EUR80 million (US$82.57 million) financing in favor of SONACOS Co to finance groundnuts, groundnut oil, soyabean oil and other food items. The financing falls under International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation’s food security pledge and contributes to the IsDB Group’s food security package.
