INDONESIA: Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper (INKP) is planning to raise IDR3 trillion (US$199.96 million) through Sukuk and bonds, with the intention of issuing IDR1 trillion (US$66.65 million) this year through a sustainable Sukuk Mudarabah offering, reported Kontan. The Sukuk will comprise three series — one-year, three-year and five-year series. Proceeds will be used to support business activities, meet existing debt obligations as well as for working capital purposes.
