MALAYSIA: HSBC Amanah has issued its second voluntary Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) report, disclosing the progress made and highlighting the initiatives and approach that the bank will be taking especially in understanding and analyzing the climate-related risk of its business and operations. According to a statement, the bank will also take a phased approach to fully align with the TCFD recommendations in several areas such as its financed emissions, climate risk management capabilities and decarbonization strategy.
