EGYPT: Tourism services operator Golden Coast Company, a 92%-owned subsidiary of public-listed Golden Pyramids Plaza, is considering to issue a green Sukuk facility worth EGP8 billion (US$258.61 million) to finance its project in Soma Bay in the Red Sea, according to a news report by Daily News Eqypt quoting sources.
If the issuance goes through, it would be the first green Sukuk issuance in Egypt.
