TURKIYE: Emlak Participation Bank (Emlak) is set to establish a green Sukuk program with the first thematic Sukuk to be issued under the program before the end of the year, the bank told IFN. Emlak expects the Capital Markets Board of Turkiye to approve the program in two weeks. The bank’s Sukuk are issued under its 100% subsidiary, Emlak Katilim Varlik Kiralama.
