QATAR: Dukhan Bank has signed an MoU with Gulf Organisation for Research and Development to launch a Shariah compliant green and sustainable real estate finance program for its customers, a statement confirmed.
The bank will provide green finance promotions to project owners and developers working on real estate projects seeking green building certifications under the Global Sustainability Assessment System framework.
