MALAYSIA: Green energy solutions provider Cypark Renewable Energy has issued an Islamic medium-term note (IMTN) based on the Musharakah concept worth RM8 million (US$1.86 million), a filing on the Bond and Sukuk Information Exchange read.
The facility carries a perpetual tenor and a fixed coupon rate of 6.85%, and RHB Investment Bank was the lead arranger for the transaction.
