MALAYSIA: CIMB Islamic Bank has onboarded MTT Shipping to its Sustainability-Linked Treasury Programme, according to an official statement. MTT Shipping becomes the first client to utilize the bank’s program with Shariah compliant hedging instruments.
Under the program, MTT Shipping is entitled to receive a sustainability-linked reward based on the achievement of sustainability performance targets which are subjected to independent third-party verification.
