UK: BLOMINVEST BANK, SAED Executive Properties and International Investment Gate have jointly launched the SAED Green UK Fund, a Shariah compliant fund worth GBP300 million (US$373.13 million), said Faizal Bhana, the director of Jersey Finance, in a LinkedIn post.
The Jersey-domiciled fund will be investing in the UK property market, and will be regulated by the Saudi Capital Market Authority, Faizal added.
