MALAYSIA: Energy infrastructure company BGMC BRAS POWER has issued a Murabahah-structured Islamic medium-term note (IMTN) worth RM50 million (US$11.56 million), which carries a one-year tenor and a coupon rate of 7%. According to a filing on the Bond and Sukuk Information Exchange, OCBC Al-Amin Bank acted as the lead arranger for the transaction.
