UK: Arcapita has introduced the ARC UK Industrial Portfolio, a US$100 million real estate portfolio that focuses on enhancing energy efficiency in existing properties in the UK. Arcapita has partnered with BCP Capital, a certified B corporation and sustainability-focused asset manager, to manage the daily operations of the portfolio.
