UAE: Aldar Investment Properties is looking to issue a dollar-denominated benchmark Reg S green senior Sukuk facility that carries a 10-year tenor, reported Reuters.
The company has mandated HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank as the joint global coordinators as well as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, Emirates NBD Capital, First Abu Dhabi Bank and Mashreq as the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.
