TURKIYE: Turkish leasing company Ak Finansal Kiralama is looking to establish a new Sukuk program of TRY2.5 billion (US$93.99 million) which will be issued by Emlak Varlik Kiralama, Esma Karabulut, the head of investment banking and investor relations at Emlak Participation Bank, told ISFI.
