SAUDI ARABIA: Al Rajhi Bank has announced its plan to issue a US dollar-denominated senior unsecured sustainable Sukuk facility through an SPV under its international Sukuk program that was established on the 26th April 2022, according to a bourse filing.
The amount and terms of the Sukuk facility will be determined based on market conditions.
