SAUDI ARABIA: Al Ghazala Energy Company, a Saudi-based subsidiary of China’s Jinko Power Technology Co, has achieved financial close and commenced construction of its 300 MW Saad Solar PV Project in the Kingdom, a press release announced.
A consortium of three lenders is providing long-term, non-recourse project financing to Ghazala, in which the project debt facilities comprise both Islamic and structured senior tranches.
